About Chanèle

Chanèle McFarlane is the Founder of Do Well Dress Well, a platform that provides content, community and networking events for the working millennial women. She specializes in the areas of personal branding, networking, personal style and entrepreneurship and has spoken for organizations such as Royal Bank of Canada, City of Toronto, Avanti Women and Young Women in Business Toronto. She is a trusted expert that regularly consults with individuals and organizations in addition to being quoted in outlets such as Ladders HQ and Forbes Magazine. Chanèle is also the Founder of ideate networking, an intimate event series she created to bring entrepreneurial women together in her local area. Since August 2016, she has hosted over 5 successful networking events garnering over 150,000+ social media impressions and gaining support from sponsors like Nine West Canada, Panago Pizza and Indigo. By profession, Chanèle is an award-winning digital marketing and communications specialist who has received award recognition from the International Council of Shopping Centres and was also named PR in Canada’s Top 30 Under 30 in 2015 and Top 100 Black Women to Watch in Canada in 2017.
